Nothing We Own Really Belongs to Us
Materialistic world.
We enter with nothing, we go with nothing.
All in between are the things we borrow, the things we get to use. But they are not ours to keep.
No place belongs to us. We belong to everywhere.
Nobody belongs to us.
Time is not ours to keep. Yesterday is history and tomorrow is not granted.
This body doesn't belong to us either. It's a vehicle that we live in, that breaks over time.
Some of us want to sing, but they don't have the voice. Or want to run, but our legs won't carry us as far. But if our body doesn't work as we wish it did, how much does it really belong to us?
It's an instrument.
Our body is our temple, the only place for us to live in entire of our life in here.
Why do we keep braking ourselves?
Our heart loves us so much if keeps pounding even if we hate ourselves,
even if we hate our body, we hope to not exist.
Our body still loves us and keeps us alive.
Each morning we have to remember who we are. Why we keep playing this game? Keep playing this role, to validate ourselves. To show that we are meaningful, that we are somebody. But our work or status does not define us. It did never belong to us.
Consuming doesn't make us happy, it doesn't fill the void. We need to wake up from the amnesia we are living in. Forgetting who we once were, who we still are. The true essence of our being, the pure energy within.
Clear your space. Keep the things that serve you, what truly bring you happiness.
Clear your inner space as well. Release the emotions that you kept pushing down. Crying is a good thing, it lets us pour out everything that is broken, that has been stuck in us. Don't be afraid to cry. Releasing painful emotions, memories, wounds and sadness is crucial to feel alive again. Vibrant, high on energy, pure. We are energy, we are the nature, we are not the roles we play. We need to wake up.
